Organic Blue Matcha 75gm

Floral and slightly sweet. Soothing, sensual, and caffeine-free. Made from the Ground Butterfly Pea flower. Bright blue in colour. Adding lemon will turn it a vivid purple. Sweeteners, maple syrup or honey can also be added. Uses are latte's, smoothies, cocktails, lemonade, ice cream, yogurt, cakes, frosting/icing and more. It's a natural food colouring.
